What is the guarantee on our Pure-Pro Water Drinking Systems?

The PurePro System (excluding filters) is guaranteed by the manufacturer for 1 year for material and workmanship. All defective parts will be replaced free within the first year only. The membrane has a one year pro-rated guarantee.

Our refund and return or credit policies work as follows:
All refunds on returned goods are subject to a 10% policy fee calculated on the total invoiced cost of returned goods and shipping costs involved, if not previously paid by yourself. Our credit policy on returned goods involves a full credit to the value of the previously invoiced & paid for product without 10% policy fee deduction, to be applied to your choice of any of our products. courier costs will be payable.
